YOUR TASKS:

     

  • Partner with HR Manager, Production Leaders, and the management team to build organizational capabilities that enable the facility and company to reach its goals
  •  

  • Assist with handling month/quarter/year-end HR reporting, while working and collaborating with Controlling/Accounting partners
  •  

  • Must be able to run the ADP bi-weekly payroll independently. Primary accountability is to create an error free payroll
  •  

  • Maintain employee records and assist in all HR administration processes
  •  

  • Ability to prioritize and work independently on a variety of assignments with minimal supervision
  •  

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a progressive human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 2-4 years of payroll experience. Good numerical skills and timekeeping exposure
  • PHR Certification preferable but not required.
